There is no direct train from Pudong Airport to Hangzhou, but there are some buses supplied everyday. On the other hand, you could take the shuttle bus Line 7 to Shanghai South Railway Station and then take an express train to Hangzhou.

Hi Liz, if you arrive at the railway sation early on weekday, it is possible for you to purchase a train ticket, which will depart one or two hours later. Otherwise, it is suggested that you book a ticket in advance since the D-train from Shanghai to Hangzhou is not as many as trains from Shanghai to Suzhou.
