About:Shanghai Pudong Airport

Can I stay at the Hourly Hotel if I arrive from Shanghai City at the airport the day before I fly to UK?

Seems not, since the hourly hotel is located at the transfer level in the forbidden zone. However, there are several nice hotels located around the departure terminal for your use. They are all in the walking-distance from the airport.
