About:China National Aquatics Center

I'M PLANNING TO VISIT IN SEPTEMEBER 2010 AND WOULD LIKE TO SWIM IN THE WATER CUBE. WILL THE AQUATICS CENTER STILL BE OPEN FOR VISITOR SWIMMERS? ON MY LAST TWO TRIPS IT'S BEEN CLOSED FOR THE SEASON. I ALSO UNDERSTAND THAT A SWIMMING TEST IS REQUIRED. CAN THAT TAKE PLACE THE SAME DAY OF THE VISIT OR SHOULD I GET THAT COMPLETED AT A AREA POOL PRIOR TO MY VISIT? WHAT OTHER LOCATIONS CAN THAT TEST BE TAKEN?

THANK YOU,

Mr. Rob,
It is said that the water cube is under renovation now. It will be reopened in July. You go there in September and you will have no problem to visit it. Visitors can swim inside the Water Cube. The ticket is around CNY50.
