About:Shanghai Weather

I am planning to visit the Expo in June. I will be in China for approximately 10 days. How many days are needed at the expo (business point of view) and what else can I see? This is my first visit to China and I would like to do some travelling. Is the Great Wall of China accessible from Shanghai? If so how far is it? Also which is a cheap decent hotel close to the expo?

I think two days are enough in the expo. You can visit the Bund, Xintiandi, Shanghai Old Street, Yuyuan Garden, Jade Buddha Temple in Shanghai, too. If you want to visit the Great Wall, you should take over 10 hours bullet train ride to Beijing first. Then take subway to Jishuitan Station. Get off from Exit A and walk to Deshengmen Gate. There are special tourist bus 919 to Badaling Great Wall directly. I have ni idea about the hotel. Hope this may help you some:

Pls. note that when you pay for entrance ticket of Jade Buddha temple, you have to pay agian to see Jade Buddha. Great wall located in the north of China but Shanghai in the south. should take plane to go to Beijing or 10-hour-train.

Have a nice trip!
