1. There is a bus leave to Garze every day at 10:00, since there is no direct bus from Chengdu to Manigange, you need to take this bus and then take bus from Garze to Manigange.
2. It costs CNY214 per person.
3. It would arrive at Ganze at about 17:00 the next day, on the way you need to stay overnight at Kangding.
4. You can rent a car to Shershul, it would cost at least CNY400.
5. From Shershul to Madoi, I suggest you still rent a car, the trip would take about 7 hours. It might cost more than CNY400.
6. From Madoi to Jigdril, it seems there is no direct bus to Jigdril, you'd better rent a car.
7. From Jigdril to Aba, there is bus from Jigdril to Aba, it would take more than one hour to arrive.
8. Aba to Chengdu:You'll find buses from Aba to Chengdu.

we are travelling in a group of 6. Will there be tour agencies or car rental shops in manigange to take me to shershul?

In the later part of my journey, I will also be travelling from Garze to Rilong to visit sigunianshan. Is there a public bus (how much and how long is the traveling time) or is it advisable to rent a car.

After Sigunianshan, we would like to travel to Jiuzhaigou. However, i would like to know whether there is a straight bus to jiuzhaigou or must i stop over at songpanxian before heading to jiuzhaigou.

After spending 2-3 days at jiuzhaigou, we would be heading straight back to chengdu. May i know whether there is a straight bus and if there is, what is the cost and the traveling time.

It is not easy for you to take bus to get around this area, especially direct bus with good conditions. The best way is to rent a vehicle or participate a tour. You can take long-distance bus from Chengdu to your first destination, and try to rent a vehicle for the rest of the trip.
