About:Chinese Embassy in U.S.A.

Hi,

My husband and I are visiting China and Mongolia in June. We will be visiting China for 3 days only and will be visiting Mongolia (Outer) for 11 days. I plan on providing our round-trip ticket confirmation with his Visa application. Is it going to cause some confusion if I mark "duration of stay" as 3 days, when our roundtrip stater 14 days? If so, Should I just not include roundtrip info, since it isn't required according to the chinese embassy webpage?

Thank you

yes, the round-trip flight ticket is not required, you don't need to provide it. If you provide it, it won't effect your visa application, maybe the visa officer will give you a single-entry L visa permits 30 days stay in China, you can exit China to Mongolia when the 3 days stay in China is up.
