The guesthouse is just above TST MTR Station. You can follow the route: TSM - Lai King - Sunny Bay - Disneyland. The same transfers while getting back. The mtr fare is 18HKD per person for single trip. It takes about 40 minutes.
To OCean Park: take mtr for one stop to Admiralty. Get out from Exit B2 to look for bus 629 which runs to the Ocean Park directly. Get back to Admiralty by the same bus and then walk to the Peak Tram for 15-20 minutes. Then get to the peak. Bus 629 costs 10.6HKD per person.
Nging Ping Buddha can not be put in the same day of Ocean Park and the Peak. It is close to Disneyland, you can consider to put it together with Disneyland. It seems the Buddha is free of charge for visitors. You can take Nging Ping 360 cable car to the Buddha from Tung Chung mtr station. The cable car is about 107HKD per person.
Take mtr from TSM to Cenral (two stops). Then get to the bus terminal to take bus 6 or 6X to Stanley market, which are pssing repulse Bay.
HK Macau Ferry Terminal can be walked from Central mtr station. There are ferry back to Hong Kong after midnight. So you can come back the same day or stay one night in Macau. It depends on your travel plan.
Take airport bus A21 back to the airport. The bus stop is just in front of the Mirador Mansion. Very Convenient. The bus fare is 33HKD. The same bus to take when you get from the airport to the mansion. Drop off at the 13th stop, Tsim Sha Tsui/Nanthan Road. You can tell the driver that you are going to get off at Mirador Mansion.
