About:China Work Visa

hi,
a tech company already hired me and they need me to prepair some documents for visa Z,
1. non-criminal history
2. proof of 2 yrs working experiences.
3. diploma
all these documents need to translate to Chinese? how about authentication?
the company itself does not require, but not sure about china government.

yes, all these documents should be translated into Chinese, you can first go to a local notary office, then these documents should be certificated by Secretary of the State Office of the state where the document is executed and Chinese embassy/consulate, then these documents can be used in China.
