About:Expo 2010 Shanghai

I understand that the expo gates are open to public at 9am. However, the expo site itself states that the white taxis are allowed in as early as 7am. Does that mean that I am able to enter the expo by 7am if so? Thanks.

No, it doesn't mean you can enter the park by 07:00.
