About:Chinese Embassy in Ghana

Dear Sir,
I about 3 years ago I was ask to pay a fine of 3000 yuan for working without permitte in china.Six months later i came back home to visit my parent.I decided to apply for a new visa but I was refused many times.The reason why am so much worried,is because I was married to Chinese citizen.We had tried many time to get the visa but it seems impossible.The Embassy of china are not explaining to me the reason.I hope this time I will get help as to how to get back to my chinese wife again.I have all the documents to prove.Thank.

I guess that you are prohibited to enter China for 3- 5 years, or you are in the blacklist for the illgeal work in China

So Mrs Linda what is the solution to Sams problem.We sympathized with him,we believe he is looking for solutions to this problem.It is not only what has happen.He needs a solution.Thank you.

I think Sam your problem is a delicate one,but I believe there is a way out.If what you are saying is true,then I wonder the kind of laws in China.I doubt if they have this law as mrs Linda stated.It is not reasonable at least they should consider your marriage statues and their citizen[the chinese lady]So now how do you take care of your chinese wife?I can feel you care so much about her but I do also feel his own country men are not caring so much.I think you should contact Ghana Foreign affairs for help.If nothing happens please i will advice you to seek for a divource.You did not kill,robbed or raped so I feel is too much.3 years is enough.Well done not all people will do that.I hope Chinese Embassy will soulve this problem for you.Embassy of China please wake up and solve this problem.Dont let people have a different side of china as am begining to feel now.Thank you.
