About:Chinese Consulate in Toronto

Hi,

I ve a commment about the following tip:

Tips for Visa Applicants
1. The visa fees are paid when you pick up your Chinese visa (except Hong Kong passport holders). As of March 1st, 2010, only interact Debit Card or Money Order entitled "the Chinese Consulate General in Toronto"

Actually "the Chinese Consulate General in Toronto" is long long to fit in the money order space. So Post-Canada cannot make me that name, I ve to make it shorter.
What would me a shorter way to write to fit in the money order space?

Thanks
