About:Hangzhou Travel

Which is the best location to stay in Hangzhou? I prefer to be near West Lake and shopping area & pubs. After Hangzhou I plan to visit Huangshan, do I have to book the train tickets from Hangzhou train station in advance? How long is the train ride? Thank you.

When will you go to Huangshan, in late May or June? If so, you don't have to book in advance as train tickets are easy to get during those non-peak time. The train ride will be around 2 to 3 and a half hours.

I'm planning to visit Huangshan in mid-June. Is there main train station at Huangshan or do I have to transit at Tunxi? What're the train timings from Hangzhou to Huangshan? Thank you.
