About:Marriage Registration in China

Hi,

I will be marrying in china, but I have a dual nationality. I have a uk passport, HK ID card and China ID card (for travelling to china without visa).

This gets complicated, so when I arrive in HK I use my HK ID card to enter and then travel to China using my passport (with L Visa)?

If I enter china with my passport will they terminate my China ID card ?

What I understand is that as a foreigner marrying in china I need to enter with my passport.

Please advise.

Terry

I guess that you can enter China with your China ID card which entitles you to enter Mainland China without visa, when you make marriage registration in China, your passport, China ID card, single status certificate are required.
