About:Shanghai Travel

Hi guys,

I am going to Shanghai this Sat. Pls tell me:
1. Is is far from Pudong airport to the city centre and what is the cheapest way to travel from the airport to city centre (bus, subway - if any or taxi)?
2. The next day I will visit Hangzhou. How could I travel from SHanghai to Hangzhou and how long does it take?
3. Could you recommend hotel address in Hangzhou with reasonable price?

1. The Subway Line 2 can take you from the airport to Paople's Square, Nanjing East Road, etc. They are all located in the downtown area.This might be the cheapest way, it costs CNY7 to the People's Square Station.
2. You can take train from Shanghai to Hangzhou, Shanghai South Railway Station would be more convenient, Subway Line 1 and 3 can get there. The time you spend depend on the train type. The fastest train is the bullet train, the fastest one takes 1 hour and 25 minutes. The slowest ordinary fast train takes nearly four hours.

It's about 50km from PVG to city center,the cheapest way is taking airport shuttle bus.
From Shanghai to Hangzhou will spend 2hours.
