About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

We are a family of 3 with Philippine passports but residing in Singapore. We are applying for tourist visa for a 1 day sightseeing of Beijing. Should we all 3 appear at the embassy whne filing our application? Should my 13 year old son also personally appear for the application or could I, the father, apply in his behalf?

One of you 3 people can submit visa application for all of you, your son and father don't need to appear in the embassy if you submit visa application for all.
