I will arrive at china Beijing T3 at 5:50 am on China air from Australia and then need to depart from T3 8:35 am same day on Siberian Air to Novosibirsk. Am i able to collect my bags and get a boarding pass and check my bags in with Siberian Air without going through customs? (In Transit)I dont have a visa!Could you instruct me how to do this as i only have about 2 and half hours to get my connecting flight.Thankyou

2.5 hours are enough for you to finish the international tranfer. All of the procedure, collect luggages and re-check in, could be finished in the transfer area. so, you don't have to go through customs, of course, no visa is required.
