I will arrive at china Beijing T3 at 5:50 am on China air from Australia and then need to depart from T3 8:35 am same day on Siberian Air to Novosibirsk.

Am i able to collect my bags and get a boarding pass and check my bags in with Siberian Air without going through customs? (In Transit)I dont have a visa!

Could you instruct me how to do this as i only have about 2 and half hours to get my connecting flight.
