Mr.Peter, My friend is not applying fiancee visa here in Philippines she process her fiance visa in China but now the USA immigration required her to submit NBI record and Finger print card. The problem is she can't secure NBI FORM and FINGER PRINT CARD in china, as what she tell me in her place where she live they don't have the NBI Office so the only thing they can do is get the NBI FORM and FINGER PRINT CARD in other country and bring to police station in China where she live and get it done there. Mr. Peter is it possible for them to get NBI form and Finger print card here in Philippines? and if not too please advice me what is the best thing for them to do. I need your help thank you for the reply of my first message. MORE POWER!!!
