this is our first visitwill be staying in the changning district, close to metro

Question

This is our first visit and will be staying in the Changning District, close to Metro Line 2.  Are there double decker sightseeing buses that we can take?  If so, where can we board them, how to get there and where will it end so we may be able to get back to our hotel easily?  We will be in Shanghai next week.Thank you so much for any help or suggestions.

As I know, the double decker sightseeing bus has not been in operation yet.
