About:Chinese Consulate in New York

I need a 'Z' work visa. I live in Albany NY and the Chinese consulate is in New York City. Do I have to apply in person or can I use a
visa service to obtain my Z visa for me?

you can apply for China Z visa in person or ask a visa agency/travel agency to apply for you.
