About:Chinese Embassy in Malaysia

Hi, I'm a Malaysian that tries to find a job in China.

Question 1:
As far as I am concern, I know that I am only able to stay at China for 30 days for one entry. Is there any way that I can stay longer than 30 days as I am worried that I cant get a job in 30 days so it's better if I am given longer period of stays. Please advise.

Question 2:
If option 1 above fails, can I apply multiple entries Visa for 1 year, so that whenever my stay reaches almost 30days, I will go to Hong Kong and re-enter china to stay for another 30 days. Is it legal to do that and should i say can i do that ? Thanks
