About:China Embassy in Thailand

I hear there is going to be something like a water festival in Thailand commencing April 12th to 15th. i wish to know if the Chinese embassy in Bkk or consulate will be open during this period? Kind anyone help me in regard to this. Thanks

Mr.Phil, Chinese embassy in Bangkok and consulates in Thailand will be closed from 13rd April to 15th April to observe the Thai festival.
