About:Chinese Embassy in U.S.A.

I have a category L visa with M (multiple) entries and 90 days duration of each stay. Does this mean I can enter and exit China as many times as I want before the "enter before" date? And that I can stay up to 90 days each time I enter? So, I could basically stay in China for an entire year if I just went to Hong Kong and back every 90 days?

Mr.Hunsaker, yes, you can enter and exit China for many times as you want before the date specified on the "enter before". You can stay up to 90 days each entry, however, the total stay duration for all entries should not exceed 180 days in a year.

Mr.Hunsaker, sorry, I made a mistake, please ignore my previous reply, you can enter and exit China for many times as you want before the date specified on the "enter before". You can stay up to 90 days each entry, and basically stay in China for an entire year if you go to Hong Kong and return to Mainland China for a new entry.
