About:Chinese Embassy in Malaysia

HI! I am a Malysian staying in Taipei.I have resident permit in Taiwan because my wife is Tawaneiss.my need to go to Hangzhou ,Can I get the visa on arrived or can i apply 台胞證？Thank You!

You neither can get the visa on arrival nor apply for 台胞证. please apply for a China visa in Malaysia or Hong Kong.
