I'm a Tunisian girl planning to marry my Chinese fiance very soon, we have met and know each other, but now he is in china and asking me when we will marry and live in china! I don't know what is the easies ways to do so and live in china in peace so I'm asking
(1) what we need to get married legally? is the best and easy way to do so is that he will come to my country and get married in the Chinese ambassade in my country then go with him to china as his wife? or the only way to get married legal will be in china?
(2) if i have to get a visa to go with him what kind of visa will i need to stay in china as his wife?
(3) will i have to return to my country every year to renewal my stay in china even if i will be his wife and maybe have kids and willing to live together as a normal Chinese family?
(4) will i have to go out of china every period of time and renewal my visa every year? how long the legal period to stay in china without renewing a visa?
(5) is there different rules if we are planning to live in inner Mongolia? is it possible to live there?
(6) we know each other families for a long time and have planed and agreed to live with him and build a family in china, will i have to live all my life as a foreigner and have to renewal my visa each time even if i will be a wife of a chines citizenship and maybe have kids in the futures? if so, how can i stay in china as a normal wife of a Chinese citizen not as a foreigners?
(8) can i get a permanent stay without renewing a visa each time? or i have to get a Chinese citizenship? what are the rules of all this?
(9) can i have full rights and stay permanently in china keeping my citizenship? or the only way to have full right is to have a Chinese citizenship? if so can i have it? what are the rules for all this?
