About:Chinese Embassy in Czech Republic

Hello, I wanted to know some information on issuing a turist visa for China for Czech Republic citizens. I would like to know if it is possible to do it through express mail, or internet. The problem is that I cannot go to Prague to do the tramitations myself. Maybe there are some agencies that take care of this for a fee like in other countries. But I cannot find information online. I would greatly appreciate some help. Thannk you very much.

you can't submit visa application by express mail or internet.
1.You may submit the application to the Visa Office of the Embassy in Prague.
2.If you cannot come in person, you may entrust someone else or a travel/visa agent to drop off your application at the visa office of the Embassy
No appointment is required.
Mailed applications are not acceptable and will be returned.
