It is said that Baodingshan and Beishan have the most remarkable stone carvings. You may buy a combo ticke of Baodingshan and Beijing. It costs CNY 170 (March 1st to November 30th ) or CNY 120(December 1st to February 28/29th ). The combo ticket is valid for two days. So you needn’t be hurry to visit both of them in one day.

Dazu Train Station is also called Dazu Youtingpu(邮亭铺) Train Station. After getting there, you have to take min-bus to Baodingshan. Or you can take a taxi.

There is no direct train rom Dazu to Chengdu. You may transfer train or go to Chongqing first and then take train from Chongqing to Chengdu. Take bus from Dazu train station to Chongqing Caiyuanba (菜园坝) Railway Station.

You may go to Hehuachi(荷花池) Bus Station to take long-distance bus from Chengdu to Dazu. The bus departs from 7:00 to 16:00. It takes around 5.5 hours and costs around CNY 82 to 90. The bus station is very about 300 meters to Chengdu North Railway Station.
I just know that you can take long distance bus at Dazu Long Distance Bus Station but don’t know when the last bus leaves.
