I have a couple of questions:

- Do the 18 and 42 Tourist Smart Card rides work no matter what the normal fare of the bus is?
- Provided that there are quite a lot of rides, why should Regular Smart Card be more convenient if you still have to pay for a percentage of each ride? Only because of the subway option and '9' lines? What if you plan to move around only by bus? Is Regular Smart Card still more convenient than using Tourist Smart Card and paying the normal rate for '9' buses?
