About:Chinese Consulate in San Francisco

I am headed to Honk Kong and Shenzhen is there a way to get a visa without going to the consulate?

Mr.Nelson, USA passport holders are exempt from a visa to Hong Kong for up to 90 days, you just need to apply for a visa to Shenzhen, however, the visa application by courier or post is not accepted by China consulate, you can submit your application through any travel agency or visa service company, someone else you trust.
