About:Shanghai Public Transportation Card

Hi. Will the ticket office be open when we arrive at 7.20am to purchase a transportation card? Could we then use it straight away to take a taxi to Pudong hotel? Can a family of 3 use 1 card?

The ticket office is open from 09:00am, so you couldn't get one once arrive. You could use the card to pay for any cab fee. On the other hand, you should purchase 3 cards, one for each.
