There is a flight departing from Shanghai Hongqiao Airport to Weifang everyday. You could find it out on this way: https://www.travelchinaguide.com/china-flights/Alternatively, you could take a flight to reach Qingdao firstly and then transfer to Weifang by an express train in 1.5 hours.
