I will arrive at Beijing Airport terminal #3, by Air China from Los Angeles @ 5:20 AM. I believe I will be doing immigration checks ,customs and collecting my luggage @ Beijing. I have a connecting flight leaving for Changsha (Air China flight) @ 8:10 AM from Terminal #3. Can you please explain in detail what steps I need to take to catch that flight to Changsha? Is there a facility in international baggage claim area where I can check my bags for domestic flight to Changsha so I do not have to carry them around? what do I do once I collect my bags at the international baggage claim area ?
