Hello,
I have a 9 hour await time between my flights in Shanghai. I am thinking about going to the city while waiting. Is it possible? And if possible, Could you kindly tell me how to go to the "TaoBao" City from Pudong Internatioanl Airport(Terminal 1)?

Yes, it is possible. Take maglev (the maglev station is between T1 and T2 and you can find it by following the signs) to Longyang Road and then change to subway Line 2 to Nanjing West Road Station. Then walk back a little when you see South Securities Building in the north side of Nanjing West Road. You will find Tao Bao City there.
