About:Chinese Embassy in South Korea

I need to get my Hong Kong driver's license certified by the Consulate of "Hong Kong" in Korea. Is there such an entity? If so, can I have the contact details?
Does the China Embassy also certify HK documents?

there is no consualte of Hong Kong in Korea, you can go to Chinese embassy or consulate in Korea to apply for the authentication.
