Hi, Kathy. The place you wanna go is about 300 kilometers away from Shanghai. What kind of electronics you wanna buy? anyway, i don't think Ningbo is a place for electronics. You'd better come to Shenzhen, Guangdong province. That city has lots of hi-tech companys.
