Mr.Rollie,
From Tsim Sha Tsui, Nathan Road, what is the best mode of transport going to Hung Hom, bus or MTR and how much?
The best mode must be taxi. It can save you some time. And you can get to Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Station and then walk to East Tsim Sha Tsui Station. Then take West Rail Line from East Tsim Sha Tsui to Hung Hom. The MTR ticket fare is HK$4.5 and takes about 3 minutes.
When we get to Lohu (is it the same with Lo Wu?) where we can apply our visa for 1 day tour at Shenzhen? What are the requirements we need to bring? What are the processes in getting the visa and how long will it take us to get it?
Lo Wu is Lohu and Luohu(罗湖). I suggest you apply your visa in your own country. Currently, I’ve heard that it is hard for Filipinos to get Chinese visa.
From Macau, may we know what is the last trip at night going back to Honkong and how much?
You may go to Macau Maritime Terminal or Tai Pa Temporary Terminal to take turboject back to Hong Kong. It takes around 1 hour. For time schedule, please check this page:

We would like to confirm if we take No.329 bus to Shekou Ferry terminal, travel time is only half an hour compared to a taxi which is 1 hour?Did i get it right? How much is the fare if we take bus no.329 fare?
You are right. If you want to catch the ferry, you’d better take a taxi. That will be faster. No. 329 bus fare is less than CNY10.
