That will be a very hurry trip. You may enter Shenzhen from Lohu port and then take subway to Splendid China and WOW. Then take No.329 bus or a taxi to Shekou Ferry Terminal and take ferry to Macau. If you take No.329 bus, it takes around half an hour to Shekou Ferry Terminal. If you take a taxi, you will pay around CNY37. It takes about 1 hour from Shekou to Macau.

I’v found out that the last ferry departs at 19:30 from Shekou to Macau. I don’t know if you have enough time to catch the last ferry.

You can can go to Hung Hom first and then take MTR to Lohu. You need around 42 minutes from Hung Hom to Lohu. The mtr ticket fare is HK$33.

I think it is possible for you to visit WOW and Splendid China just in one day and then go back to HK. Remember that the Lohu port closes at 24:00 during the night.

The best mode must be taxi. It can save you some time. And you can get to Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Station and then walk to East Tsim Sha Tsui Station. Then take West Rail Line from East Tsim Sha Tsui to Hung Hom. The MTR ticket fare is HK$4.5 and takes about 3 minutes.

Lo Wu is Lohu and Luohu(罗湖). I suggest you apply your visa in your own country. Currently, I’ve heard that it is hard for Filipinos to get Chinese visa.

You are right. If you want to catch the ferry, you’d better take a taxi. That will be faster. No. 329 bus fare is less than CNY10.
