About:Top 8 Shopping Areas in Shanghai

I am doing a tour starting in Beijing and finishing in Shanghai where I will remain for a further 10 days to attend the expo. I am going to take my mobile phone with me I want to purchase a sim card. As I will be mainly using the phone in Shanghai can I buy a Shanghai numbered sim in Beijing?

The card you buy in Beijing would cost more when you use in Shanghai, but not too much, I think. You just stay for ten days.
