Currently, there is no direct shuttle bus between them. At Pudong Airport, please take the shuttle bus Line 5 and get off at Century Avenue (40 minutes) or at its terminal at Shanghai Railway station (one hour). Both of these two stops are located about 5~6km away from the ferry terminal, so please hire a cab driving there directly. The bus fare is about 20~30RMB and takes 20 minutes on the way.
