About:Chinese Embassy in Vietnam

Hi,
I am currently living and working in China. My contract expires in April and after that I'll get a tourist visa for another 30 days, but with 0 entries as I am applying for it in China. I am planning to travel to Vietnam, but am intending to come back to China again, which means I would have to apply for another tourist visa for China. My question is if that is possible or not. A problem might be that I do not have a return ticket to europe yet, so, is that a risk that a Visa could be denied?

I would be very grateful for any help

Martin

Mr.Martin, you can have a try to apply for Chinese visa in Vietnam, without the return flight ticket, it is really a risk that your visa application will be denied.

Hi, I was wondering if you could let me know how you got on. I am in exactly the same boat that you were in. I am at present living/working in shanghai but my visa is about to end. I did not realise that it would be a problem to extend my visa for multi entry and have already booked flights to vietnam. I have been told that I can apply for a 30 day L visa for china in Hanoi..is this true? did you have any problems? (I already have my flight booked back to the UK from shanghai.)
