i'm flying into guangzhou, need to visit dongguan city: houjie townhumenalso

I'm flying into Guangzhou, need to visit Dongguan City: Houjie Town and Humen and also need to go do Long Gang District in Shenzhen City and then back to Guangzhou to fly back. What is the best and fastest way to travel from one way to the other.

As I know, from Guangzhou Bus Station, you could take a bus to Houjie directly, many scheduled buses everyday. Then, also bus to Humen. At Humen Bus Station, there are also frequent buses departing to Longgang from 06:00 to 18:00. Finally, you could take a city-bus or cab from Longgang to get to Shenzhen and then transfer to Guangzhou by a bullet train.
