It costs at least 200RMB from beijing to East Wing Tombs by hiring a car. To Shichahai, you can take subway at Xidan to Ping'anli (Line 4). Get our from Exit B and walk along Huguosi Street. Then you are getting to the hutongs of Shichaihai. To panjiayuan - At the Exit D of Xidan Subway Station, you can find bus station of Bus 802. Take this city bus and drop off at Panjiayuan Qiaoxi.
