Dear Sir/Madam,Greetings.I would like to seek for your advice and some precious information which regarding the marriage with a China female. I am plannig to marry with a China girl who is come from ShenZhen but I am having a some difficulties to understand and moving forward to nexy action. E.g. 1)What is the procedure to marry with a China female?  2)Any possibility to allow my wife permanently stay together with me?3)What is/are the term and condition to marry with a China female?Thanks and regards,Pang6-March-2010

Mr.Pang, you first should get a Single Status certificate from a local notary public office in Malaysia, then ask for the notarization of the single status certificate at Malaysia Foreign Affairs Ministry or other authorized office by Malaysia Foreign Affairs Ministry, at last, go to Chinese embassy or consulate in Malaysia to apply for authentication for the certificate. When you make registration in China, your Chinese girlfriend should provide the original and copy of her household registration and ID Card your need provide your paspsort, Chinese vsia or residence permit, single status certificate
