About:Shanghai Pudong Airport Bus to Nearby Cities

I'll be arriving by Singapore Airlines at Pudong Airport at about 1pm on 11 Mar 2010.
How should go about taking the airport bus to Hangzhou?
Is the bus stop in the same terminal of my arrival?
Is this bus usually crowded?

When you arrive at the airport, please follow the signs to the long-distance bus terminal, very easy to find it. The buses are supplied enough to transport passengers, so take it easy!
