which is the faster way to get to Hotel Hua Ting at 1200 North Caoxi Road from Pudong airpot? thank you

The faster and more convenient way should be taxi, which will coat 160RMB from Pudong Airport. Anyway, that is not a budget way. The airport has hotel-airport shuttle bus to Hua Ting Hotel. You can take that. The price is about 30RMB. If you do not have heavy lugguge, you can try maglev train to Longyang Road, then change to Line 2 to People's Sqaure, finally to Subway Line 1 and get off at Shanghai Stadium. You can find the hotel when you get out from the subway station.
