special visa? still i have to fill up the form or how? how much its cost for do the special visa? thanks

Mr.nur, you can fill in the Visa Application Card on the spot, there are immigration offices at the entry ports of Shenzhen to issue Shenzhen visa on arrival, it costs Hk$ 100.
