I am looking for wholesale markets for clothing in Hangzhou? Are the factories also in Hangzhou? Is the quality as good as guangzhou? Can you direct me.

If you ask for business, I don't think so. Hangzhou is famous for its scene, rather than other things. Definitely there are wholesale markets for clothing in HZ. Such as "Si Ji Qing" clothing wholesale markets. But not so many factories for clothing in HZ, as I know...
