About:Harbin Weather

I am from a tropical country with lots of sunshine {temperatures averaging 28C in summer and 17C in winter} and moderate rain with occasional cyclones in summer. I am dark-skinned (Indian-descent} and I would like to pursue my studies at Harbin Engineering University. Is it too dangerous for me to be staying in such a cold climate? Will I get accustomed to the weather and if yes, how long will it take?

It is not dangerous and people living there have their own ways to accustomed the cold weather in harbin. That is too hard to tell how many time you need to get use to it. You should have one winter there and will know how to do in the next, I think. Good Luck.
