Lineral relatives include spouse, sibling, child, grandchild, great grandchild, parent, grandparent and great grandparent. Therefore, you can apply for residence visa. You should go to the GIL PUYAT to apply for Hk visa. The requirements are generally similar for single, double or multiple entries visa, the copy of your previous Hk visa are helpful for you visa application.
