Hello,

So, if I don't have a transit visa, I can still pass through the immigration at PVG right?

Hi, it is not because you do not have a transit visa. They are in different terminals and you have to pass immigration again. Paasengers are not requested to have visa while making transfer within 24 hours. It is the same in many other Chinese airports.
