About:Chinese Embassy in U.S.A.

Dear Embassy,
I do not wish to address the embassy in DC, but rather make reference to my experince at the consulate in San Francisco when I went there in August 2008. The Chinese woman that worked the window that I was called to had a very strong Chinese accent, she used very broken English, she mispronouced English words, the window speaker did not work well, and she did not make her instructions clear. Add all this together with an extremely loud noise level, and my experience there was not an enjoyable one. Also, the same Chinese woman called me a stupid American for which she made herself very clear about calling me this name. I have asked certain questions directed to the consulate on how to fill in certain blanks on the visa application for which so far I have not gotten answers to. Please advise me as to what I should do about this?

Mr.Raymond Richmond, do you mean that you went to Chinese Consulate in San Francisco in August 2008, and had a terrible experience?
