About:Chinese Consulate in Toronto

Thank you for your reponse.I have another question,What kind of canadian people can enter China with canadian passport and China visa without the requirment of the return flight ticket, some people who exempted mean "they are special" or just for lucky.

The immigration officers just check the return air ticket in a random way. Maybe you are lucky and not checked by them.
